Bordo Bello
The 2009 Bordo Bello skateboard art fundraiser was a HUGE success - what a great event! Above is the board I donated. It got auctioned off at the event. I tried my hand at winning a few boards but fell short, hopefully I'll have better luck next year.

Park Artist Series Socks for SmartWool®
SmartWool® commissioned me to create a couple of socks for their "Park Artist" series - talk about an awesome gig! Not only did I get to design the socks, I also got to color them and name them. Each pair comes in 3 different color combos. Below are the socks and links to buy them. Go get yourself a pair... or 10!

Local Artist I'm diggin': Alyson Khan
A couple of weeks ago I was at Metropolis Coffee and stumbled upon Alyson Khan's art. From the moment I saw it, I was sucked in. The colors, the composition... I couldn't NOT look at it. Upon further inspection of each piece I discovered they were collages. Great stuff. Seriously, check out her site: http://www.unevenfloor.com/. Her progression from Spring 2004-present day is pretty fantastic. I love discovering great local artists. Keep the beauty flowing, Alyson!

Working on a cut paper piece
No title yet. This one is 19" x 13" and I've been using an exacto blade to cut it out (cue the "Uncle Joey" visual). It's kind of annoying, but at the same time it's very therapeutic.
Well, I finally have an update...
