The wonderful and talented Jesse Manley has a new EP coming out in March 2013 titled "A Path Through the Dark". Jesse hired gneural to design his EP as well as the gigposter promoting the show. This album is hauntingly beautiful, and stays true to Jesse's authentic style of folk music.
Back in May 2010 I created an in-store installation for the 2nd YesPleaseMore Pop Up Store in Denver, CO. Below are process pics I never posted... until now.
The installation ended up housing my products as well as "Turbulance", a collaborative print between myself and Snowblinded (aka Anthony Cozzi).
From laser etching, to painting to spray painting, my board is finally done. Above are the process pics from along the way. Come to Bordo Bello on Sept 30 @ RedLine (2350 Arapahoe St., Denver) & bid on some skateboards!
Bordo Bello is a skateboard art fundraiser for AIGA Colorado's mentorship opportunities. For more info visit www.bordobello.com.

My linocut print, "LR 103", from The Periodic Table Printmaking Project made it on the cover of Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry's June 2011 issue. http://bit.ly/q5kp39
And... here's a key as well as links to the artists' websites:
From “The Periodic Table Printmaking Project” that yielded a variety of prints each representing an element from the periodic table. Starting right on the top left: element 109 (Meitnerium) by Dinah England; element 103 (Lawrencium) by Debbie Clapper; element 110 (Darmstadtium) by Natalia Moroz. Bottom: element 112 (Copernicium) by Carol L. Myers; element 114 (Ununquadium) by Sonya Philip; element 96 (Curium) by Lavinia Hanachiuc
Whew! I've finally completed my biggest drawing to date. I spent somewhere around 22 hours total on this baby. It feels good to have her done. The drawing is 29" x 22" and the paper is a light blue printmaking paper. No pencils, rulers or any other drawing aids were used to create this beauty - strictly hand drawn with a sharpie and micron pens. Below are detail images of the piece.
If you click HERE you can view the step-by-step process of how the drawing came to be. Granted I'm not the greatest photographer, but [hopefully] you'll get the idea.
