Jesse Manley EP & Gigposter Design

The wonderful and talented Jesse Manley has a new EP coming out in March 2013 titled "A Path Through the Dark". Jesse hired gneural to design his EP as well as the gigposter promoting the show. This album is hauntingly beautiful, and stays true to Jesse's authentic style of folk music.

Throwback Project... YesPleaseMore Installation

Back in May 2010 I created an in-store installation for the 2nd YesPleaseMore Pop Up Store in Denver, CO. Below are process pics I never posted... until now.

The installation ended up housing my products as well as "Turbulance", a collaborative print between myself and Snowblinded (aka Anthony Cozzi).

Design by Colorado Exhibit at DIA

My design business, gneural, is part of an exhibit at Denver International Airport titled "Design by Colorado". The exhibition will be up through February 2012 and is open to the public. Below are a few photos of my case (sorry for the mediocre photo quality).

ARTCRANK Denver 2011

ARTCRANK Denver is back and I'm excited to be a part of it again! I'll be selling my new limited edition screen print 3-color screenprint, "Crank" (sneak peek below). Opening night is Friday, Sept 2, 6-11pm @ Super Ordinary Gallery (3126 larimer street, Denver). The show is only up for two days, so don't sleep on this one! The gallery will be open from 12-6pm on Saturday, Sept 3.

EyeRock (gigposter show) @ The 11th Annual Denver Post UMS

I will be one of a few local (Denver) artists/designers showcasing gigposters and music-related artwork at EyeRock, part of the 11th Annual Denver Post UMS. The opening is this Friday (July 22) from 6-8pm. The show will also be up Saturday and Sunday, 2-7pm. Limited edition posters & prints will be for sale. It's FREE, so check it out. No wristbands needed!

Earthquake & Tsunami Relief Benefit Poster Show

This Saturday (April 9) Super Ordinary x Bored of Directors are putting on an Earthquake & Tsunami relief poster show featuring limited edition prints and one-offs created by a small group of hand selected national & local artists + designers. All proceeds from this show will be donated to redcross.org. More info on the show here.

My Biggest Drawing to Date

Whew! I've finally completed my biggest drawing to date. I spent somewhere around 22 hours total on this baby. It feels good to have her done. The drawing is 29" x 22" and the paper is a light blue printmaking paper. No pencils, rulers or any other drawing aids were used to create this beauty - strictly hand drawn with a sharpie and micron pens. Below are detail images of the piece.
